Greg was born in Seattle to a military family and as a result lived and traveled throughout the United States, Eastern Europe and the Mediterranean.
He began a 20-year career in the restaurant industry as a bar tender for TGI Fridays. When he started, he was required to learn the recipes for over 500 drinks before he could undergo training. From bar tending he transitioned into management where he developed an expertise in taking over failing and insolvent restaurants and returning them to profitability.
His career took him from Virginia Beach, VA to New York City and then to Minneapolis/Saint Paul, Allentown and Philadelphia, PA and then Charlotte, North Carolina. His final move was back to the Dallas where he could be near family.
Greg enjoys spending time with friends, family, especially his niece, football and working on his home.
He is extremely excited to be a member of the Copper Tree Roofing and Construction Company.
